• ✓ Browser storage: Your recent tool inputs stored locally in localStorage (only on your device)
• ✓ IP address: Automatically from HTTP headers (used only for analytics and abuse prevention)
• ✓ Referrer: How you arrived at our site (from search, direct, social, etc.)

3. How Your Data Is Processed

Client-Side Processing (Your Browser)

All tool operations happen 100% in your browser using JavaScript. No data is sent to our servers. Examples:

• JSON formatting - processed in your browser
• Base64 encoding - processed in your browser
• Text conversion - processed in your browser
• Hash generation - processed in your browser

Analytics (Aggregated, Anonymous)

We use Cloudflare Analytics to understand how many people visit, which tools are popular, and traffic patterns. This data is:

• Aggregated (grouped, not individual)
• Anonymous (no names, emails, or IDs)
• Used only to improve the site
• Not shared with third parties

localStorage (Your Device Only)

Tools save your recent inputs to your browser's localStorage for convenience. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Can be cleared anytime (browser settings → Clear data)
• Is not sent to us
• Is not used for profiling

4. GDPR Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right to Access

You can request what data we hold about you. Since we collect minimal data, most information is already visible to you (localStorage on your device).

Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

You can request deletion of your data. Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing to delete. Cloudflare analytics are aggregated and cannot be tied to you.

Right to Rectification

Not applicable - we don't collect personal data to correct.

Right to Data Portability

You can request your data in a portable format. Your localStorage data is already in your browser and fully under your control.

Right to Object

You can opt-out of analytics by using a privacy extension (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, etc.) or disabling JavaScript.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies for tracking or profiling.

The only data stored on your device is:

• localStorage: Your recent tool inputs (fully under your control, visible in DevTools)
• User preferences: Theme choice (light/dark) - stored locally only

No third-party tracking pixels, analytics cookies, or advertisement tracking.

6. Third-Party Services

Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare for hosting and analytics. Cloudflare may collect:

• IP address (for DDoS protection and routing)
• Page view statistics (anonymized)
• Basic HTTP headers (user agent, referrer)

9. Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

10. Retention Period

• localStorage data: Retained until you clear it (fully under your control)
• Analytics data: Retained for up to 90 days by Cloudflare (aggregated, not personal)
• Server logs: Retained for security/abuse prevention, deleted after 7 days

11. Policy Changes
